"Good slope, decent overall"
i mean, I went last weekend and had a good time. The slope was in nice condition and the snow felt decent too. The facilities were clean enough, not perfect or anything, but totally fine. The changing area was a bit crowded, but overall it was a good visit.

"I asked staff for help twice and..."
I asked staff for help twice and still felt like I was being brushed off. I get that places get busy, but treating customers with a little respect and patience feels like the bare minimum. It just didn’t sit right with me

"Such a great first lesson!!!"
Had my first lesson it was really good!! Super clear, easy to follow, and I felt comfortable the whole time!!!

"Way too expensive for what they give you"
I’m annoyed I spent money on this. For the price, I expected a lot more, but it feels like they’re charging extra just because they can. It’s not worth it at all, and I’m blaming the company for making it seem like a better deal than it actually is.

"Really patient instructor, despite a small hiccup"
I had a lesson at The Snow Centre the instructor was great. They were really patient and explained everything in a way that actually made sense to me. The only slight downside was that it felt a bit busy at times, so I didn’t always feel like I had loads of space to practise. That said, I came away feeling much more confident than when I arrived, and I’d definitely be happy to book another lesson.
